Without the knowledge of vocabulary English is not possible and to make a new word you have to learn system. You have to learn how English words change from one form to another and for that in this chapter I have added some rules which will help you.

Rule 1: Adjective এর শেষে যদি ant বা ent থাকে তবে t উঠে যায় এবং ce বা cy যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
Example: Absent = Absence, Obedient = Obedience, Confident =
Confidence.
Example: Arrogant = Arrogance, Abundant = Abundance, Brilliant =
Brilliance.
Rule 2: Adjective এর শেষে যদি ate বা et থাকে তবে t বা
te উঠে যায় এবং cy যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
Example: Accurate = Accuracy, Private = Privacy, Literate = Literacy,
Secret = Secrecy.
Rule 3: Adjective এর শেষে যদি ar বা or থাকে তবে ity যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
Example: Familiar
= Familiarity, Popular = Popularity, Senior = Seniority, Prior = Priority.
Rule 4: Adjective এর শেষে যদি ure থাকে তবে e উঠে যায় এবং ity যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
Example: Pure = Purity, Future = Futurity, Obscure = Obscurity.
Rule 5: Adjective এর শেষে যদি el, al,
il, ile, le থাকে তবে ty বা ity যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
Example: Cruel
= Cruelty, Local = Locality, Able = Ability, Noble = Nobility, Hostile =
Hostility, Civil = Civility, Fertile = Fertility.
Rule 6: Adjective এর শেষে যদি ane,
ain থাকে তবে ty বা ity যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।

= Certainty, Vain = Vanity, Human = Humanity.
Rule 7: Adjective এর শেষে যদি ry থাকে তবে er যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
Example: Angry = Anger, Hungry = Hunger.
Rule 8: Adjective এর শেষে যদি ous থাকে তবে ous উঠে যায় এবং ity বা ety যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
Example: Anxious = Anxiety, Various = Variety, Curious = Curiosity, Ferocious =
Ferocity.
Rule 9: Adjective এর শেষে যদি ness, hood, dom, ch যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
Example: Broad = Broadness, False = Falsehood, Free = Freedom, Dear = Dearch.
Noun From Verbs:
Rule 1: Verb এর শেষে যদি t বা te থাকে তবে tion যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
Example: Cultivate = Cultivation, Agitate = Agitation,
Afflict = Affliction.
Rule 2: Verb এর শেষে যদি de থাকে তবে sion যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
Example: Decide = Decision, Provide =
Provision, Allude = Allusion.
Rule 3: Verb এর শেষে যদি d থাকে তবে tion যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
Example: Attend = Attention, Pretend =
Pretention, Contend = Contention.
Rule 4: Verb এর শেষে যদি eed থাকে তবে ess
যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
Example: Exceed = Excess, Proceed = Process, Succeed = Success.
Rule 5: Verb এর শেষে যদি end থাকে তবে ance বা
ence যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
Example: Attend = Attendance, Offend = Offence.
Rule 6: Verb এর শেষে যদি ume থাকে তবে ption যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
Example: Consume = Consumption, Assume =
Assumption, Resume = Resumption.
Rule 7: Verb এর শেষে যদি tain থাকে তবে tenance বা tention যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
Example: Maintain = Maintenance, Retain =
Retention, Sustain = Sustenance.
Rule 8: Verb এর শেষে যদি x থাকে তবে ture বা
ation যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
Example: Mix = Mixture, Fix
= Fixture, Tax = Taxation.
Rule 9: Verb এর শেষে যদি se বা fy থাকে তবে sation বা cation যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
Example: Realise = Realisation,
Simplify = Simplification, Pacify = Pacification.
Rule 10: তবে fy যদি Verb এর অংশ হয় তবে ance বা action যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
Example: Satisfy = Satisfaction, Defy = Difiance.
Rule 11: Verb এর শেষে যদি it থাকে তবে ission যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
Example: Omit = Omission, Commit =
Commission, Remit = Remission.
Rule 12: Verb এর শেষে মাঝে মাঝে al
যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
Example: Approve = Approval, Refuse = Refusal, Remove = Removal, Propose = Proposal.
Rule 13: Verb এর শেষে মাঝে মাঝে age
যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।

Rule 14: Verb এর শেষে মাঝে মাঝে ment যোগ করে Noun form গঠন করা হয়।
